30-Day Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, you can ask for a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery.

Full refund or free replacement

The item arrived damaged, broken or defective.
You received the wrong item, size or colour.
Your order did not arrive within 30 days after the latest estimated delivery date.

For these cases you do not need to send the item back. Just email us a photo or short video of the problem together with your order number.

Change of mind

If you simply changed your mind, contact us within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer and we will give you the return address. Your refund is issued after we receive the item.

How to request a refund

We reply within 2 business days.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
